Zero

We hold an average Lost Time Injury rate of zero, since implementation of the ISO certified Integrated Business Management System in 2009.

Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification

Prior to commencing each project, we conduct a full Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification, taking into account all occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure that the operation is conducted in a safe manner. Dive Works adheres to the Code of Practice for the Safe and Efficient Operation of Remotely Operated Vehicles (IMCA R 004).

For each project, Dive Works’ experienced Supervisors, Pilots and Technicians ensure a comprehensive project scope and assessment phase, then develop a Project Execution Plan. Then a Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and Development of Risk Assessment (RA) are developed. We then run a coordinated delivery of work scope in conjunction with the client, crew and vessel(s) involved. Finally, we do a full reporting on all aspects of service delivery including video and pictorial footage provided on DVD presented to clients as evidenced outcomes and assurance of successful completion.

Environment

Protecting the environment is paramount to the way operate. We assess each project and ensure that the campaign is completed in an environmentally friendly and non-invasive manner. Our Environmental Management System is in full compliance with, and certified to, the environmental management standard ISO 14001. The management system is also focused on ensuring full compliance with all applicable international and local environmental legislation wherever we operate.
